We hope you love your new purchases, but if not, here's what to do!
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, store credit, or exchange.
We are happy to exchange an item and pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or if the return is a result of our error. If the item is out of stock we can provide a full refund. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call our store on (08) 7226 3020 to let us know you would like us to organise return shipping for a purchase under these circumstances.
If for any other reason you would like to return your purchase, we can offer you a store credit and you will need to pay your own return postal fee.
Change of mind returns do not apply to sale items or earrings (due to hygiene reasons).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return your online purchase by completing the returns form sent with your items and posting it back along with proof of purchase and the item you wish to return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

It's always a good idea to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Any refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. If you haven’t received your refund yet, please contact your bank first. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
