Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Jorbella Home & Gift.

If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 21 days of purchase for a refund, exchange or store credit.

Items must be unused, in their original condition and returned in the original packaging.

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will gladly provide a replacement, exchange or refund and cover the return shipping costs where applicable.

For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for return postage costs.

For hygiene reasons, earrings and certain personal items cannot be returned unless faulty.
