Refund policy
We hope you love your new purchases, but if not, here's what to do!
Our online store policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since the date of purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, store credit or exchange.
We are happy to exchange an item and pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or if the return is a result of our error. If the item is out of stock we can provide a full refund. Please email hello@jorbella.com.au or call our store on (08) 7226 3020 to let us know you would like us to organise return shipping for a purchase under these circumstances.
If for any other reason you would like to return your purchase, we can provide a full refund, however you will need to pay your own return postal fee.
Change of mind returns do not apply to some items (due to hygiene reasons). For example, earrings.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return your online purchase by contacting hello@jorbella.com.au or (08) 7226 3020 to organise a returns form. Please include this form with the item you wish to return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

It's always a good idea to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Any refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
